1. Declaration of Protection of Personal Information

JLL Morii Valuation & Advisory K.K. (Hereinafter “the company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) recognizes the importance of all personal information provided to us. All executives and employees are informed and educated regarding the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and other relevant laws and regulations. We will take all possible measure to manage the proper handling of personal information. We will also conduct reviews of the management system of personal information on a regular basis.

2. Handling of Personal Information

2.1 The company will acquire personal information by appropriate means, and shall not be used for objectives outside of the scope of specified purposes, which will be provided and notified upon acquisition.

2.2 In order to prevent the loss, disclosure, destruction or falsification of acquired personal information, the company will adopt thorough safety and necessary corrective measures.

3. Use of Personal Information

The company will provide and notify the purpose of use, when personal information such as, name, address, telephone number, and property information are used.

4. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

The company may provide acquired personal information to third parties in accordance to laws and regulations, as well as to the following third parties when the purpose of use is within the initial scope presented via documents, mailing, telephone, e-mail, etc. The company will cease the sharing personal information to third parties, in the case where there is a formal request from the person in question.

5. Co-Use of Personal Information

The company may co-use acquired personal information with other entities within the Jones Lang LaSalle Group.

5.1 Jones Lang LaSalle Group Companies:
JLL Morii Valuation & Advisory K.K. , LaSalle Investment Management K.K., Jones Lang LaSalle Facilities K.K., Integrated General Administration Service K.K., Jones Lang LaSalle Construction K.K., Tansei Mall Management Co.,LTD, Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. and any affiliated group companies.

5.2 Use of Personal Information:
The company will provide and notify the purpose of use, when personal information such as, name, address, telephone number, and property information are used.

5.3 Name of entity responsible for management of personal information:
JLL Morii Valuation & Advisory K.K.

5.4 Necessary measures will be taken; when and if personal information is to be shared with outside of the Jones Lang LaSalle Group.

6. Outsourcing of handling of Personal Information

The company may outsource the handling of personal information. In these occasions, an entity qualified to protect personal information will be selected, and will be strictly supervised by the company following the conclusion of a non-disclosure contract.
