Our total valuations exceeded 28.5 trillion yen in 2024, and we maintain participation rates of 50-60% in both J-REIT and private REIT markets in Japan. We also receive strong support from public institutions including national and local government entities, undertaking nearly 1,000 assignments annually from these organizations, including public valuations.
Our appraisal procedures follow the Japanese Real Estate Appraisal Standard and various other guidelines issued by Japan Association of Real Estate Appraisers. We have a Quality Control Department and our appraisal process is ensured with an internal screening system and code of ethics, which we believe are appropriate for an independent real estate appraisal firm.
